As women, we have different interpretations of our world and are constantly tested by glass ceilings, inequitable policies, and self-doubt. We are, in fact, our toughest critics. We are also natural leaders and destined to find our true purpose once we let go of our limitations.

Katie will present a model for building relationships with others based on how we lead ourselves and influence others naturally. Her Intuition Model identifies 16 unique female competencies that are reached through self-discovery and intuition. She will share her insights in working with women for 28 years, including the state of women in leadership roles, statistics reflecting what is happening nationally and globally, and some reasons (often self-imposed) as to why this is happening.
