Creating Your Story is an audio program developed from a live workshop by the same name. Empowering women to embrace their life story and create the rest of their lives based on the story they choose to tell. Katie and Carol lead you through powerful exercises and thought-provoking visioning to bring out the best parts of your life story. Our leadership story is not so much what happens to us … it is what we make of what happens to us.
You will:
- Examine the power of story by applying it to your own personal leadership patterns.
- Gain an understanding of which patterns are typical for you and which you’d like to change.
- Discover approaches that you can leverage through your own feminine style.
- Analyze the strengths you deploy during both good times as well as not-so-good times.
- Integrate new findings in neuroscience coupled with behavioral standards.
- Develop initial steps in authoring your leadership story for a future you intentionally define.
