If you have heard Mini-Skirts or read any of the other content on this website you will know that we are a couple of women hoping to inspire our generation, the first in the workforce, to have confidence in their natural feminine leadership abilities. We also want to inspire generations to follow. Women are leaders in their own right and style. We have tried to create a space for women to relax into a realistic work life balance to include leadership.

This website is new. It’s created with you in mind. We want to know what else we can do to support your leadership journey. Always remembering that you are a leader in the many roles you play in your life: mother, daughter, wife, sister and boss.

Additions you will see in the website in the near future are: an inspirational corner called “Center my Center”. A place you can go for balance and inspirational thoughts to keep you centered. We will also be adding more leadership courses including: Writing the Chapters of your Life and Creating a Personal Mission Statement. Writing your life story is a powerful tool to develop your leadership abilities. This assessment will allow you to write a detailed outline of the chapters of your life and create the plan to write your future. Creating your Personal Mission Statement (PMS) continues with a 10,000 foot look at who you are and where you are going.

We are soooo excited to bring you this content. In the members only area of the website we are offering an online coaching service we call “Skirt Design” as well as the entire content of our “Skirt Studies 101” course in feminine leadership. And not only that but you get the audio to go along with the course. All for only $27 a month. WOW! And who knows, if we really hit the jackpot you may get a set of Ginzu knives for being one of the first to sign up.

Really, we want to give you all the value we can. Our philosophy is that leadership and learning is FUN! We are committed to making this an exciting learning journey that we make together.
