shot_woman_at_work Research is telling us that gender-balance has a big payoff:  better bottom-line, higher return on equity, and a greater perspective from women, who make or influence 80% of buying decisions. Savvy senior leaders know this when they connect with high-level competent women. But too many women are experiencing burnout or flop-out before they get the chance to become the great leaders they could be. Many that are on their way to leadership levels are off-ramping in increasing numbers due to organizational and personal pressures.

The Intuition Model of 16 Feminine Traits

core_model Description: Have you ever wondered whether your leadership competency is innate, or whether your leadership competency is learned? The answer is “both.” And as a woman, you have more inherent ones than you would think. The problem is that in our worlds, we often see the “feminine” approach as the “inappropriate” approach.

In this introduction to feminine leadership traits, we discuss the well-rounded toolkit … actually we call it a cosmetic bag …. that women have of natural skills. Participants will have the opportunity to hear the 16 areas of competencies and perform a cursory self-assessment. Discussion will also include the overlapping theory of emotional intelligence and its implications on leadership.

We will finish up with a few interactive strategies for women who lead well so you can immediately try them.

Could you unknowingly be compromising something innate? Delve into your personal assessment of the Intuition Model of 16 Feminine Traits and have the opportunity to share with others.

Participants will use this interactive workshop to more deeply understand the Intuition Model. Each will share her own personal findings as a leader, and lessons learned for making adjustments.
